1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery / No Shipping)

Most Sapphire Ali LLC products are digital and do not require shipping.

Digital products may be delivered by:

  • Email delivery

  • A link to access the product

If you do not receive your digital product, please contact us and we will assist.

2. Physical Products (If Offered)

If Sapphire Ali LLC offers physical products (such as merchandise, apparel, or printed items), the following applies:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • The carrier

  • Seasonal demand

Typical shipping ranges from 3–10 business days after processing.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Package weight

  • Shipping location

Some promotions may include free shipping when offered.

4. Tracking Information

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sapphire Ali LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by address issues

  • Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package is returned to us, you may be required to pay for reshipping.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, Sapphire Ali LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check your mailbox and surrounding area

  • Contact your local carrier

  • Contact your local post office (if USPS)

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for stolen packages.

7. Damaged Items (If Physical Products Are Offered)

If your physical item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
