Thank you for supporting Sapphire Ali LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We value every customer and want you to have a smooth experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and disputes are handled.

By purchasing from Sapphire Ali LLC, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (No Returns)

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable files, digital content, templates, ebooks, guides, or any digital access), all digital sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, sent, or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

2. If You Did Not Receive Your Digital Product

If you purchase a digital product and do not receive it due to a technical issue, we will help you.

Please contact us with:

  • Your full name

  • Your email used at checkout

  • Your order confirmation (if available)

We will resend the product or provide access as quickly as possible.

3. Services & Custom Work

If Sapphire Ali LLC offers services (such as promotions, custom designs, branding, digital work, content creation, or other custom services), the following applies:

A. Deposits / Payments

  • Payments for services may be non-refundable, especially once work has started.

  • Custom work is time-based and cannot be “returned.”

B. Cancellations

If you cancel a service before work begins, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation.

Once work begins, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Giveaway-Related Credits & Prizes

If Sapphire Ali LLC runs giveaways (such as IMVU credit giveaways), please note:

  • Giveaway prizes are not refundable.

  • Winners are selected based on posted rules.

  • If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe (if applicable), Sapphire Ali LLC may choose an alternate winner.

5. Unauthorized Transactions / Fraud Protection

If you believe a purchase was made without your permission, contact us immediately so we can review the situation.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity or purchase verification to protect against fraud.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take chargebacks seriously.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Block you from future purchases

  • Cancel access to any digital content

  • Refuse future service requests

We encourage customers to contact us directly first so we can fix the issue quickly.

7. Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund only in rare situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Accidental double payment

  • A product that was not delivered and cannot be delivered

  • A major error on our side

Refunds are approved at our discretion.

8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Sapphire Ali LLC is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
